BESS Explosion Venting Area Calculation

Determining and calculating the venting area for battery energy storage systems (BESS) is a critical step in ensuring the safety of energy storage equipment. Based on information such as gas production rates from cell data provided by the customer and referencing the NFPA 855 standard, it is assessed whether venting calculations are required for the energy storage system.
